You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide in connection with each Bill Pay transaction you initiate or cancel, including the identifying information of the recipient and the amount of the transaction. Cancelling a payment transaction will cancel all subsequently scheduled payments to that Biller. You can attempt to cancel any payment for which the cancel button is made available. You may cancel a Bill Pay payment to a Biller by logging into your account and clicking on the Biller Hub, provided, however that any payment shown in the Biller Hub as processing or processed cannot be cancelled. Further, PayPal shall have no liability in the event a Bill Pay transaction cannot be initiated, modified or canceled due to system maintenance or outages. PayPal shall have no liability in the event a Bill Pay transaction cannot be completed due to insufficient funds in your account, unavailability of a funding instrument, or the payment to the Biller being blocked or delayed for any reason. To assure timely payment of your bills, you must have requisite available funds and submit Bill Pay transaction requests before the date payment is required to be made. Depending on the third-party service provider integration used by your Biller, your payment will be credited to your bill within 1-3 business days. The payment amount, along with any applicable fees, will be debited from your account upon submission of your Bill Pay request or arrival of a scheduled recurring payment date and PayPal will immediately send your payment via electronic payment transaction. Bill Pay is not available for person to person payments. PayPal’s Bill Pay allows you to make one-time and recurring payments from your PayPal account to available companies that you select (“Billers”). If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, we will post a notice on the Policy Updates page of our website and provide you with the same length of advance notice as set forth in the PayPal User Agreement. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it unless otherwise noted. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
